    FAQ

Career Driver is a third-party recruiting company with combined decades industry experience of generating driver leads, qualifying and hiring drivers of all levels of experience and caliber. Career Driver does not have any vehicles, equipment or dispatch. We only have highly trained Career Placement Specialists and Driver Success Managers who are responsible for presenting the best options that fit your company’s needs. We always give it our best effort to place drivers in a role where the driver and the company will thrive and succeed.

None! You pay upon success. You will pay half of the placement fee the day we place the driver; you pay the other half at the conclusion of the onboarding period.

We can absolutely place temporary drivers with you for your event! They will still need to be employed or contracted by you, but we can do all the leg work to generate leads, qualify them and provide them to you.

Nope! You will only need to run a query against the driver in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse – we can’t do this on your behalf. Other than that, they have had their background run, drug screens completed, MVR run, DOT med cert verified and any other requirements for your company and/or your insurance provider. After we hand the driver over, it’s up to you to maintain any FMCSA required documents and random drug screens, as with any other driver you employ.
