Career Driver is a third-party recruiting company with combined decades industry experience of generating driver leads, qualifying and hiring drivers of all levels of experience and caliber. Career Driver does not have any vehicles, equipment or dispatch. We only have highly trained Career Placement Specialists and Driver Success Managers who are responsible for presenting the best options you are qualified for. We never charge the drivers and always give it our best effort to place you in a role where you will thrive and succeed. 

None! You pay upon success. You will pay half of the placement fee the day we place the driver; you pay the other half at the conclusion of the onboarding period.

Drivers are uncapped!

We can absolutely place temporary drivers with you for your event! They will still need to be employed or contracted by you, but we can do all the leg work to generate leads, qualify them and provide them to you.
